Jostin's management team has over 25 years of combined experience in the concrete construction industry.  The company is under the leadership of Albert C. Smitherman, a veteran in the concrete construction industry.

 

Mr. Smitherman has more than 15 years experience in this field, managing projects for one of the nation's leading concrete construction companies.  He has developed expertise in division management, field operations, project management and human relations.  Mr. Smitherman is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in construction management.
